It was a clean spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower, however, if like me you like it dark till you awake, I would ask for a room with curtains as this only had blinds so didn’t keep out the light. Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. A free carpark too. It was extremely convenient to the dockyard…100yds! There was the bus station opposite so you could get anywhere and a fabulous shopping centre.- Judith S
I booked in for a very last minute same day stay for business travel and was impressed by the hotel, the room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Also followed by a really nice breakfast and friendly service throughout, will be returning if in the area again for work. - Daniel F
We stayed here recently , I picked the hotel because of its position, no children and near to all the things we had planned to see…we looked out of our bedroom window to see the Spinnaker opposite and HMS Warrior to the right, fantastic views ! the weather was not brilliant but the hotel was very cosy with lovely rooms, great breakfasts, and great staff.Jeremy who was on at night always looked after us with nightcaps when we returned from dinner and the manager upgraded both our rooms on arrival which was a very nice gesture.Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope that we will stay here again in the future. - Sally R
